In the early 1950's Anita Sheer was playing piano at an advanced level and developed an interest in the Flamenco Guitar. She became Carlos Montoya's only disciple. The rest is history. She performed in Sevilla and in London in 1957. She formed the Flamenco Society of Northern California-San Jose in 1982. She published this book in 1964. She passed away in 1996. |
